JONNY MOGAMBO BAND/ SUMMER 2022 & NEW VIDEO
Hello Friends and Fans!
The summer of 2022 was a whirlwind with my group, the Jonny Mogambo Band playing private parties weddings and company parties throughout Colorado from Telluride, Aspen, Steamboat and Summit county to Vail, Beaver Creek, Denver and the whole front range area. I did some traveling and played some great parties with my solo acoustic rock show in Northern Michigan on the 4th of July, on July 13th for a great gig at the Stormcloud Brewery in Frankfort Michigan and back again in August for a string of shows at the Crystal Lake Yacht Club, Todd Pros 50th B day bash and the Hound Dog regatta party at the Grand Traverse Yacht Club. It was a blast playing in Alexandria Minnesota outside of Minneapolis for the Resorters Golf tournament party in August and in Toronto Canada for a great wedding party in October. We would like to give a huge THANKS to everyone that has supported us and enjoyed our music along the way!
The Jonny Mogambo Band played some amazing parties this summer with our eight piece band that features our horn section lead by the incredible, amazing and ever so talented Andrew Vogt on saxophones. Add in our tight rhythm section guided by Kyle Comerford on drums and either Alex Scott or Joe Bianci on bass guitar along with Aj Salas on keyboards and Arvella Rose on female vocals and you have a tight rocking band that keeps the dance floor packed all night and puts on a high energy performance that will have you and all your guests talking for years to come. The Jonny Mogambo Band and All Occasions Music have received some nice awards this year including “Best Band of 2022” from The Knot, The Wedding Wire and Wedding Pros. They have also received some generous and complimentary reviews from many of the people they have played for. It’s always so nice to hear from people and know that they appreciate the work we do and the effort we put in to making any event a musical success. IF YOU WANT AN AMAZING WEDDING, THEN YOU NEED THE JONNY MOGAMBO BAND! Jonny Mogambo Band crushed it! We went through the whole process with Jon. I wish we could post some videos on here but it was all our wedding guests could talk about. Amazing first dance, father daughter, and mother son. Played a mixed song list for all guests, not just classic wedding songs but went above and beyond with the song choices and REALLY engaging with the audience. All around just the best time and super amazing to work with! We will be going out of our way to find the next time they are playing and look forward to catching you guys again soon! If you are looking for a band to get people on their feet dancing than look no further! Jonny and his band are amazing! Jonny is very responsive and did an amazing job making sure we were taken care of throughout the whole process. They play an amazing list of diverse songs and even got people who “don’t dance” out of their seats.Couldn’t have envisioned it any better and had almost every attendee tell us it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. Unreal is the only word to describe The Jonny Mogambo Band! He was extremely easy to work with, super laid back, but very professional all at the same time. My wife already sent in a review but I felt compelled to give him another one since he was that good. He listened to our vows and created our own song at the ceremony which was absolutely incredible and something we will never forget. He got everyone, young and old, dancing and on the dance floor.
